To strengthen our EMEA Sales team, we are looking for a full-time:

Sales Manager - Southern Europe (m/w/d)

 

Responsibilities

As a key member of the European sales team, this role is responsible for planning and executing the growth of Q-SYS across Southern Europe. Working closely with internal stakeholders and appointed channel partners, the position focuses on expanding market presence, accelerating adoption, and delivering sustainable regional performance.

 

 Your Role

 

  • Design and implement, in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager, a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed channel accounts and/or territory, including alignment on regional priorities and go-to-market focus.
  • Developing and manage key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with appointed distributors, external business development resources, and internal customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain and develop the company CRM database – including but not limited to opportunities, pipeline management, activity input, communications, and contact and account records.
  • Deliver agreed business results, including product mix and focus, in line with approved budgets and regional objectives.
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by telephone, videocall, email, and in-person visits.
  • In conjunction with the product development teams, participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
  • Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

 

Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experience

 

  • Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
  • Well organised to manage conflicting priorities
  • Natural intellect with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed
  • Excellent engaging presentation skills
  • Confident with excellent influencing skills
  • Professionally presented with natural gravitas
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Fluent Spanish or Italian language (both verbal and written

 

  • Must have proven consultative sales experience
  • Experience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is vital
  • Proven experience selling solutions within the distribution or direct sales channels
  • Demonstration of an understanding of indirect sales channels is desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM sales forecasting and tracking (or equivalent CRM) is desirable
