As a Lead QA Automation Engineer, you will oversee the migration of the QA automation and manual testing efforts to Azure DevOps. You will help lead a team of highly skilled QA engineers to ensure the development of top-quality technical solutions.

• Assisting in designing, conducting, and executing tests prior to launch/implementation to ensure solutions run smoothly and meets leveraging Azure Devops.
• Strong use of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Design and implement testing plans for payment-related software products ranging from cloud applications, to on-premises solutions, and a mobile app with a rapidly expanding product line.
• Familiarity with testing Salesforce applications
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple software projects of varying size.
• Help establish procedures and processes for the quality control of products, taking the initiative to identify areas to improve internal processes related to product releases and bug fixes.
• Inform the development/UX team of defects and errors with clear communication of quantitative and qualitative findings from test results.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts, and monitor efforts to resolve product issues and provide updates.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
• Research the current market for similar products and compare results.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Monitoring all stages of the solutions-development process; identifying and resolving defects to meet quality standards; communicating quality standards to relevant parties.
• Requirement while being cost-effective; identifying test-populations.
• Collaborating with software, network, systems, and infrastructure engineers to encourage an automated pipeline for solutions development; developing processes and protocols that ensure quality during all stages of development.

•              At least 6+ Years’ Experience in Automation and Manual Testing.

•              Agile Technical Tester (CTAL-ATT) Certification or similar

•              Proven experience in Automation QA with a focus on NUNIT, TestNG, and JUnit

•              Minimal supervision - must have strong verbal and written communication skills

•              This role will have a QA analyst reporting to them

•              Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, etc.)

•              Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SDLC)

•              Proven experience in building Pipelines and executing.

•              Ability to design and develop test automation scripts.

•              Resolving all automation coding errors for team members.

•              API and data testing experience using Selenium frameworks.
